Koyn has first-hand sales experience from 6 years of working for Currys / PC World, 4 years of which were spent specialising in customer service.
Koyn also holds a BSc in Computer Systems & Networking, obtained from Plymouth University, which included a placement year managing the IT / Network infrastructure for a small Cornwall-based company.
During Koyn’s time with Multithread Consultants, he has added to his qualifications with Ubiquiti UBWA, Ubiquiti UEWA, MikroTik MTCNA and MTCTCE certifications.
Koyn manages our dedicated sales & technical support team, along with managing and expanding our key brand partnerships. He continues to ensure our technical team provide excellent customer service to all our clients.
